The purpose of this letter is to express our pleasure and complete satisfaction with real estate agent Shannon Anderson who represented my elderly mother in the sale of her Aviara home. Shannon was referred because of her expertise and skill in assisting seniors with their real estate needs. She guided us through the entire process with compassion, knowledge, and expertise. The decision to sell was necessitated by my mother’s ailing health and her being unable to remain in her beautiful two-story home. When we first met with Shannon, we explained my mother’s declining health and home selling needs. It was a very difficult predicament and transition for my mother, but Shannon listened and responded with total empathy and care. Shannon had already done some comparisons in the community and given our immediate comfort level with Shannon, my mother signed the contract at the end of the meeting. Two weeks later, the house sold with a very short escrow period. Shannon was fantastic. Her attention to detail, follow through, and patience with the buyer’s agent and their demands was much appreciated. Shannon was always available to us and handled a range of issues on our behalf including partnering with the title and escrow companies and ensuring all of the documentation and communications were dispersed and filed in a timely manner. Shannon continually had my mother’s best interests as her priority. Shannon went above and beyond to ensure the very short escrow and close proceeded without a hitch. For example, on her own initiative, Shannon hauled out and disposed of several paint cans from the garage on the day the sale recorded! Shannon was more than our real estate agent, she became a very special friend and loyal confidant. In summary, Shannon confidently guided us through the entire process, and we would enthusiastically recommend her and would be delighted to answer any questions regarding our experience.
